Marcelo has over 30 years of expertise in the investment banking, capital markets, and foreign trade industries. His current role is Managing Partner at Capital Flows.

Previously he was Head of M&A and Financing at KPMG, Capital Markets Manager at Banco Galicia, Commercial Manager at Banco BICE, Director at MAI Sur Consulting, and Senior Investment Banking Consultant at Banco HSBC.

Professor of various finance subjects at Universidad Austral, Universidad Católica Argentina, Instituto Argentino de Mercados de Capitales, UP Graduate School, and Instituto Torcuato Di Tella.

Fernando has over 30 years experience in the financial and banking industry. His current role is Managing Partner at Capital Flows.

At Citicorp, he was VP and Director of the mutual funds and fiduciary companies, and at Citibank local & regional executive. He was VP at Cámara Arg. de Fondos Comunes de Inversión and Latin America Director at Invesco.
Moreover, he was Capital Markets and Institutional Investors Head at Banco Meridian and he was also Commercial Head at that Bank.
Within the Public Sector, he held high responsibility positions, among them: Co-treasurer of the City of Buenos Aires, and Undersecretary of Public Management, Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Infraestructure and Undersecretary of Transportation at Buenos Aires Province.

Silvia has a labor trajectory of over 25 years in the financial industry in investment banking, capital markets, real estate and credit recovery.

She developed her career in international and local banks such as Credit Lyonnais, Santander, and Supervielle.

She focuses in debt structuring, as well as investment products and fiscal efficiency. Her experience in debt strategy encompass industries like energy, construction, real estate, and public sector.

Alan has more than 10 years of professional experience in corporate finance consulting, financial valuations models, development of infraestructure projects, M&A and financing, among others.

Alan has acquired a solid experience in consulting projects through his role as Deal Advisory Manager at KPMG, focusing in service valuations, business plans development, sector analysis, financial and economic modelling of infraestructure, design of financial strategies, among others.

He is seasoned in retail, telecommunications, infraestructure, energy and real estate.

Marcelo has over 30 years of professional experience. He developed a career as a Senior Consultant in Business at top-notch international consulting firms like Ernst & Young, A.T.Kearney and IFOP Asecom Latin America. He also worked in companies like Acindar and IBM, and Banco Sudameris.

In the Public Sector, he advised senior positions in the Ministry of Finance at the City of Buenos Aires and in the Infraestructure Ministry at the Buenos Aires Province.

Marcelo is actively involved with the agriculture and livestock sector, managing vast extensions of lands in Argentina and Uruguay, and has a broad experience in valuations and financing.

Martín has more than 20 years of professional experience. He built a solid trajectory in service consulting and finance management, providing his expertise to companies in Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile and Argentina.

Furthermore to operative and structural finance management, he specialized in investment policies, debt and dividends distribution advisory. In addition, he advised Boards of Directors, strenghtening their role in the strategic decision taking.

His areas of experience encompass industry, road construction and maintenance, banks, agribusiness, hotel industry and logistics.
